Does the mountain bring peace? Of course we all notice it, but do you know that it's scientifically proven?
Studies have been done that prove that going out to nature helps mental health by reducing problems of anxiety, stress and depression. Many of us live a hasty life, attached to technology, to work, surrounded by city noise, and visual pollution. Connecting with the mountains helps to free us from everyday worries
.During a hike you find yourself in a very repetitive landscape, which creates a certain feeling of peace and tranquility, and allows you to let go of obsessive thoughts.
