How to get there
Trailhead Access
To get to the beginning of this route, we must access the La Primavera Forest, in the southern area of Jalisco. To get to the access booth, we walk along Prolongación Mariano Otero Avenue (to the south), which practically ends at the access booth to the park. After the booth, we will travel approximately 4 km along a cobblestone road and then a well-worked dirt road.
Parking Information
In this area there are different places that offer parking service. In Tecuán, which is where we leave our car, it is an area very popular with hikers and mountain bikers. Previously they didn't charge, but this last time we visited, they charged us $100 MXN.

Trail Overview
The route is extremely clear. There are some intersections that might confuse us, but making the right use of Wikiloc, it shouldn't be a problem to locate yourself.

This route offers us approximately 400 m of positive elevation gain, which are evenly distributed over approximately 5 km in length, so it is at the lower limit of classification 3 on our difficulty scale. It is a route suitable for beginners in good condition.
