Journey through the San Jude Canyon. This is one of the easiest and most scenic canyons in La Huasteca Park.
Enter La Huasteca Park and continue along the paved street. Between kilometer 7 and kilometer 8 of La Huasteca, you will find an unpaved road on the right (if you come from the entrance of the Huasteca), which leads to the entrance of the hike. There is also a small round black sign, with white letters, that says “Saint Jude,” with an arrow pointing to this path.
They can park near the road that leads them to the hike, between km7 and km8. Park on the side of the street, without blocking the lanes and/or garages are fine.
No cost.
The path is very marked and narrow, since in many parts you pass through the dry river that formed, so it is difficult to get lost. There are several different paths within the canyon, but most of the paths continue to the canyon. Be aware of the possible paths they could take so that they take the one that is easiest for them.
