Drive to the Cerro de las Mitras trailhead in northern Monterrey. Access via the Pedro Infante / Kilimanjaro entrances depending on the chosen variant.
Street parking near the trailhead. Don't obstruct local traffic.

The trail starts from Pedro Infante, climbs through several minor summits and then takes the ridge to Pico Cuauhtémoc, the highest point of the Mitras range. Follow Wikiloc closely.
